Can't get to sleep.......
Having trouble getting to sleep at night. Tossing and turning, not worrying about anything in particular. And it's night after night. Your only solution is sleeping pills, or booze or Valium or some other sedative, maybe eating huge. What now? Pill junkie, American cow, wino deluxe, and still having trouble sleeping. Try vitamin C, one gram three times a day. Sensitive to acid you say, then take sodium ascorbate or calcium ascorbate. Actually you can take C every 4 hours and of course you can take alot more than a gram. It's a danger to my health, too much C!!!! It's a danger to the medical communities financial situation, is what it is. Now you think this is bullshit. If so then......prove me wrong. But I want to warn you before you do anything. Warn! Warn! Danger!! Danger!! Will Robinson! If you try this and it works........and it will work unless you're a mutant, then you'll have to ask yourself, what else are they wrong about or not telling me. Why doesn't everyone know this. If you take 100mg of vitamin c (C) three times a day I doubt if it will help. The RDA is 60mg a day, ya to keep you from getting a fatal case of scurvy. Dead people make lousy patients......except in the morgue. But sick undernourished zombies, well that's what capitalism is all about isn't it, healthy people don't pay to see doctors, can't have that, now can we. There are side effects, I thought you should know, you'll feel less moody, stress levels will be reduced, boredom will decrease, life will become more satisfying.....if you can stand any of that, and I know it will be a burden for you, but you're strong, you can take it, even with all those side effects it might be worth it....
